Perched on a steep hillside overlooking the Texas Hill Country, this ongoing master plan transforms an underutilized property into a layered, resort-inspired landscape centered around outdoor living and exploration. The design introduces a series of terraced gardens connected by meandering pathways, creating distinct destinations that unfold as you move down the site.

The landscape balances recreation and retreat with spaces for lounging, dining, a multi-use sports court, a secure dog run, and intimate garden rooms nestled within the existing oak canopy. Native and adaptive planting softens the rugged terrain while reinforcing the natural character of the site, integrating seamlessly with limestone outcroppings and dramatic elevation changes.
